Roman began to do business in 1990 when, as one of the first in the Czech Republic, he dealt with electronic music print i.e. the creation of music sheets in electronic form from composers’ manuscripts. He developed graphics and creative methods in a large advertising agency and then he went into business on his own. The result was the successful advertising agency Křídla (wings), which he founded in 1996. Within the scope of its work, clients often also turned to him with not strictly advertising topics: particularly seeking help to enable development and synergy in their own business. That was the reason for founding spa4biz, which builds on connecting business with creativity and making sustainable company strategies using innovative approaches. For Roman, the heart of a company is the brand which must be in accordance across the whole company spectrum. He replaced the previous motto “Effort isn’t the result” with a popular question “Why?”
As well as that, he is very close to the thinking of Michael Porter, Marty Neumeier and also Kenichi Ohmae, who says, for example: “Rowing harder can’t help if the boat is sailing in the wrong direction.”

Petra likes tasks which move both her and the companies she works for ahead. In her professional career, she became a leader of significant marketing and business projects, such as introducing new brands into the Czech market, developing private brands of food chains and strategic purchasing of goods within the Central European region.
Thanks to this experience, her strengths are: a complex project approach, analytical thinking and also the necessary creative view of the problem to be solved.
It is particularly nature and sports where she gets her energy and inspiration. One of her greatest experiences was, for example, a three week stay in the countries of South America, where an adventurous visit to the Amazon made her recognize her life priorities and set up new goals.
She likes visiting high mountains. The most preferred country of all that she has visited is Italy, where she goes with her family for both culinary and cultural experiences.

Zuzana has many years of experience with leading global brands, such as Bellinda, DIM, Wonderbra and others, which she has been in charge of in Central and Eastern Europe. Her knowledge of the retail environment, marketing, and experience with professionalizing brand management in companies where she has worked further enhances the quality of these fields in our consulting company. In spa4biz, she can make use of her rich experience with research, particularly while preparing the platform for analyzing data, which we are currently working on. Apart from research, Zuzana is involved in projects for Lasvit, for which spa4biz is creating a strategy to enter into the luxury retail segment.
